Astrantia major 'Florence' PBR is a long flowering, hardy, deciduous herbaceous perennial flowering from summer into autumn. Pincushion-like flowers of an unusual lavender-pink shade. It is attractive to butterflies and resistant to deer. It is good for cutting and drying. Approx. 90 cm x 60 cm. Best in moisture retentive soil in part-shade. Better flower colour is obtained in more shade. Ideal in any border to create a long period of interest.
