Caltha palustris AGM
Caltha palustris AGM also known as kingcup or marsh marigold is a marginal, aquatic perennial bearing bright waxy golden-yellow flowers in spring with kidney-shaped, glossy, dark green leaves. Prefers shallow water or bog conditions in full sun so can be planted in damp ground, bog gardens or watersides. Approx. 10-40cm x 45cm. Creates an attractive splash of colour around your pond area either as an individual plant or in a drift. 2 litre pot.

If the soil is moist rather than boggy it is also complimented by Brunneras, Lysichiton(this can be invasive) and Ranunculus 'Brazen Hussy'.
