Magnolia 'Sunrise'
Magnolia 'Sunrise' is a compact, upright, deciduous shrub or small tree up to 2 m tall. Ovate green leaves & large, fragrant creamy-white goblet-shaped flowers with reddish-pink markings at the base of each petal. Flowers appear in spring before foliage emerges. Grows to approx. 1.5-2.5 m x 1.5 - 2.5 m. Any reasonable moist but well-drained soil in sun/part-shade. Hardy but best sheltered from cold winds.
